Who We Are
We are a privately held exploration company focused on gold-led greenfield assets in Zimbabwe, with lithium exposure providing additional strategic upside. Our portfolio was assembled following careful geological evaluation of historically productive mining districts, prioritising land positions adjacent to established, high-producing operations hosting comparable geological settings.

Independent geological and geophysical programs have been completed to validate continuity, define priority targets, and support advancement toward targeted drilling.

Proven Geology
Zimbabwe hosts some of Southern Africa's most prospective gold and lithium geology, supported by a long history of commercial mining established greenstone belts, pegmatite corridors, and an experienced local mining workforce.

Strategic Positioning

Our gold assets are located within established greenstone belts and positioned near long-standing producers such as the Eureka Gold Mine, confirming the fertility of the broader geological environment. Our lithium assets lie within the same pegmatite corridors as major producing operations including Sabi Star Mine and Bikita Minerals, where hard-rock lithium mineralisation has been demonstrated at scale. Importantly, independent work has also identified structurally controlled gold belts within portions of the lithium asset portfolio, creating multi-commodity upside within the same landholdings.

Modern Opportunity

Despite this endowment, large areas of prospective ground, particularly those adjacent to existing mining operations remain underexplored by modern standards. This presents an opportunity for disciplined greenfield exploration focused on geological continuity rather than speculative land acquisition.
